ABOUT MODULAR COLD ROOMS

Camouflaged modular rooms are the most preferred type of room due to their versatility and easy installation. These rooms have overlapping locking details and specially produced corner, narrow and full panels that can be dismantled and installed as desired without any cutting process. Your room is produced in the size and specifications you specify and packaged for delivery. Installation begins with floor panels. The floor, wall, and ceiling are interconnected by hygienic application plastic filled with polyurethane, and they are fixed by screwing them from the designated assembly locations without the need for any accessories. The application plastic that will connect the ceiling is also placed from the top cut. The ceiling detail created has a load-bearing capacity of 250 kg/m².

The hygienic closure accessory that is the additional part of the application plastic on the floor and ceiling is completed with a small pressure thanks to the claws, and thus full sealing is achieved and visual integrity is also ensured. They can be produced in sizes other than the standard sizes according to your request. POLY, PVC, CR-NI sheet options are available. Standard sizes are listed in the table below.
