Cold room panels are interlocking panels produced by injecting 42 (+/-2) kg/m³ density polyurethane foam between 0.50 mm sheets on both sides. They can also be produced without locks upon request.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The panel surface materials available are POLY, PVC, Cr-NI, and GALVANIZED steel. The panel thicknesses are 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm, and the width is 1110 mm. The panel lengths can be produced up to 12800 mm depending on the room shape. The panel surfaces are smooth, hygienic, and easy to clean. The panels are designed specifically to prevent heat loss with their accessories. During production, a 50-micron surface protection film is applied to the steel surface. The panel joints are at a maximum level, and heat loss is at a minimum level, resulting in material savings.
The panels are produced according to the standard B2 fireproof class, but they can also be produced according to the preference of the B1 fireproof class. The panels are held in a 600-ton press for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on the panel thickness, until their reaction is completed.
